Put simply, this policy covers all losses that occur at the site that are not excluded. This includes (but not limited to) Fire, Lightning, Storm, Earthquake, Cyclone, Burglary Theft, Malicious Damage …
We can arrange cover for new dwellings, renovations, extensions & refurbishments.

Public Liability is also included under this policy. The normal Limit of Liability provided is $5,000,000 but options are available for $10,000,000 or even $20,000,000 – the decision is entirely up to you.
A WORD OF WARNING
A lot of Insurance Companies will not provide Domestic Building cover while major renovations are taking place.
If you are undertaking an extension or renovation you will need to contact your existing home insurer to confirm that they will continue to cover your building while work is being undertaken.
If you have any problems with this we can provide the cover for you – all you need to do is advise us that cover is required.
Workers Compensation Insurance
You have no legal requirement to cover for this. If, however, a Sub Contractor is injured on your site they will attempt to claim on your covers – both Workers Compensation & Liability – with a view to obtaining some form of Compensation. Without the Workers Compensation cover in place, the cost of addressing, responding & defending that claim falls to you personally.
It is your largest asset - let us protect it so that you have one less thing to worry about |
